Directed deadly attacks on the San Francisco fintechs, BSA Officers, CEO's, San Francisco and Eric's special operations team. Bribes and coercion are alive and well in Europe and in San Francisco. The global body count of anyone in the financial crimes space increases dramatically with the new fraud syndicate leadership and the counter measures employed by the inter country BSA leadership and local law enforcement. Rachel is sidelined in Spain. Money laundering and financial crimes are pervasive on both continents with the regulators asking serious questions of the lack of basic controls of the Gen Z led fintech's. Maxim's fraud syndicate has a new strategy. More endurance athletics for Eric and Chinara as they meetup in Kenya and Eric's near death swims in Japan and in the San Francisco Bay. Scurry's expansion is threatened and the multiple fraud syndicates taking back control.

The United States, France, Germany, UK any other government presidents, prime ministers and cabinet members are compromised through Epstein related activity and a new Russian Papers investigation. Regulators, congressmen are fired, killed or threatened. Eric creates a new global team to combat government fraud, waste and abuse and to take down the new fraud syndicates strategy.
